Success in Spain: Land of the Lynx

Our inaugural Iberian Lynx tour in Spain has made a fantastic start with our first sighting of this iconic mammal. The final few days of the trip will be dedicated to trying to improve our sightings in the beautiful Sierra Andujar mountains.

Bird highlights so far include Great Bustard, Lesser Flamingo, multiple raptor species including Spanish Eagle, Black-winged Kite, and Cinereous Vulture, Red-knobbed Coot, White-headed Duck, Black-bellied Sandgrouse, Little Swift, Iberian Magpie, huge flocks of Calandra Lark and Corn Bunting, and much more.
