Victoria Kovshar
Victoria Kovshar is a Senior Researcher of the Laboratory of Ornithology at the Kazakhstan State University in Almaty. She has conducted research projects on many aspects of ornithology in Kazakhstan. Victoria has traveled widely in her native country in search of birds, and was for many years involved with the banding project at the famous Chokpak banding station. Together with her father she has just published a bibliography of Kazakstan ornithology.
