Richard Craik
A native of Great Britain, Richard Craik arrived in Vietnam in 1992, where he has been working in nature tourism ever since. Before devoting himself full-time to birding tours, Richard worked with several well-known travel companies in Vietnam, including a position with the region’s leading tour operator as Director of Marketing for Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Thailand.
Richard lives in Ho Chi Minh City with his wife, Lan, daughter Carmen, and a large collection of bird books. Apart from birds, Richard enjoys a game of tennis, listening to his Velvet Underground records, and following the ups and downs of Everton Football Club.
